Plot H1
We're HUB, and we're excited to share that we’ve recently purchased the last plot in the Elephant Park masterplan, right here in the heart of Elephant and Castle. This 1.2-acre site is set to become a vibrant mixed-use development featuring new homes, affordable housing, new public spaces, ground-floor shops, and a health hub.
But we can't do this alone. Your insights and opinions are crucial to shaping a development that truly reflects the needs and desires of our community. As we embark on this journey, we'll be reaching out to gather your thoughts and ideas.
